Key Responsibilities:- Communicate effectively with Dutch and German-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Identify customer needs and provide solutions to enhance their experience with our services.
- Actively engage with customers to increase satisfaction and retention rates.
- Resolve any issues or complaints promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with the team to develop strategies for improving customer loyalty.
