We are seeking a driven Account Acquisition Manager to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cold search for potential leads and enter them into our database.
  • Outreach to potential clients through various channels.
  • Lead qualification, establishing contact, identifying needs, and initial presentation of company services.
  • Transfer of interested leads to the partner relations manager or close deals independently with bonus motivation.

Requirements:

  • At least two years of experience in sales and/or lead generation.
  • Availability of interesting work cases for closing deals.
  • Experience with email campaigns, Sales Navigator, and other tools.
  • Knowledge of basic sales processes and stages; ability to analyze audience needs; strong skills in identifying needs and reframing negative statements.
  • Ability to analyze the market and competitors; find best sales practices of competitors and implement them; develop approaches to enhance own results.
  • Upper Intermediate knowledge of English.
  • Ability to broadly view set goals and find creative solutions to achieve them.
