Job Title: Manager Services Officer

About the Position:

This position is responsible for planning and delivering high-quality services related to Management Services. The successful candidate will contribute to the development and implementation of strategic plans, manage resources, and provide management support.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve organizational objectives.
  • Manage resources, including budgeting, procurement, and human resources.
  • Provide management support, including analysis, reporting, and communication.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve common goals.
  • Contribute to emergency preparedness and response efforts.
Requirements:
  • Advanced University degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • 6+ years of professional experience in administration, with a focus on general administrative work.
  • Minimum 2 years at a managerial level (team supervision).
  • Exposure to international environments, complex operations, and hardship environments.
  • Fluency in English language, and knowledge of Ukrainian language is an advantage.
