Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive
Junior Operations Manager

to support daily operational workflows, manage order processing, and coordinate logistics. This role requires strong attention to detail, structured thinking, and the ability to maintain smooth, timely execution across multiple operational tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage order processing across Shopify and internal systems.
  • Prepare invoices, packing lists, shipping labels, and operational documentation.
  • Coordinate logistics and shipments, including communication with carriers and 3PL partners.
  • Monitor and update order statuses, shipment tracking, and delivery confirmations.
  • Maintain accurate inventory and product data across Shopify, internal spreadsheets, and operational tools.
  • Assist in maintaining and improving internal documentation, workflows, and operational procedures.
  • Ensure timely execution of tasks while proactively identifying and resolving operational bottlenecks.

Requirements

  • English proficiency: Upper Intermediate or higher.
  • Location: Ukraine (must).
  • 3+ years of experience in operations, logistics, administrative support, or order management.
  • Hands-on experience working with online commerce platforms, especially Shopify (required).
  • Experience with Amazon, 3PL providers, or fulfillment platforms is a strong plus.
  • Proficiency with digital tools such as Google Workspace, MS Office, CRM systems, ClickUp, Notion.
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain high accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
