Executive Assistant (EA) to the Founder — Maxigrain Group

Maxigrain Group is an international company in grain trading & shipping. We're hiring an Executive Assistant to the Founder with a focus on Recruiting / HR / PR / SMM (LinkedIn-first) / Ops. Start as the Founder's right hand and grow into a function lead within 3–6 months.

Location: Odesa, Ukraine or Athens, Greece (office/hybrid) or remote with solid UK/EET overlap

Compensation: $700–1000 (up to $1100–1200 for a top candidate) + KPI bonuses

What you bring

  • 1–3+ years relevant experience (EA/Ops/Recruiting/HR/PR/SMM).
  • English B2+ (C1 preferred) — spoken & written; Ukrainian, Greek a plus.
  • Confident with Google Sheets/Excel, Slides/PowerPoint, LinkedIn, CRM, Google.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, tenacious, and relentlessly result-driven.

Growth & review

  • Month 1 (paid): access & SOPs, first Market Brief and posts, 200+ leads, 10 videos/week.
  • 30–60–90: rituals live, 1 automation (Zapier/Make), 80% autonomy, ≥90% KPI, ready to lead a micro-function.
