We're seeking an accomplished Customer Loyalty and Retention Officer with a proven record of building. customer loyalty and reducing churn in competitive markets. This role is ideal for a
results-driven professional who has successfully designed and delivered retention strategies
that boosted engagement, increased customer lifetime value, and strengthened brand loyalty.
As a key player in our growth strategy, you'll bring both strategic vision and hands-on expertise,
leveraging your experience to shape loyalty programs that deliver measurable business impact.
Must be fluent in Ukrainian and English
What You'll Do
Customer Retention
● Lead the design and execution of retention initiatives and campaigns that have a
measurable impact on reducing customer turnover.
● Identify and address the underlying drivers of customer attrition, developing
evidence-based solutions that deliver results.
Loyalty Program Management
● Oversee the development and continuous improvement of loyalty and rewards programs
with proven ability to increase participation and engagement.
● Use data-driven insights to refine program structures, benefits, and communications to
maximize ROI.
Customer Insights & Analytics
● Analyze multiple data sources and generate accurate customer lifetime value reports.
● Apply advanced analytics to uncover actionable customer insights and segmentations.
● Translate findings into strategies that drive measurable increases in retention and
customer lifetime value.
Customer Communication
● Oversee the execution of targeted, multi-channel communications that strengthen
customer relationships.
● Proactively implement solutions to resolve dissatisfaction and protect customer loyalty.
Collaboration & Influence
● Partner with cross-functional teams to shape a seamless and rewarding customer
journey.
● Provide strategic input at leadership level on retention-focused initiatives and long-term
customer experience improvements.
What You Bring
● A proven track record of success in loyalty and retention management within industries
such as retail, hospitality, banking, or telecom, with particular focus on mobile apps and
subscriptions.
● Demonstrated ability to design and deliver retention strategies that reduce customer
turnover and drive business growth.
● Strong expertise in CRM systems, customer analytics, and data-driven decision-making.
● Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
● A results-oriented mindset with the ability to translate customer insights into profitable
business outcomes.
