About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented
A2P SMS Account Manager
(Ukraine or Europe) to join our international team in the A2P Messaging wholesale industry. The ideal candidate has strong sales experience, a solid understanding of A2P SMS market, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic global environment.
Requirements
Education & Experience
- Higher education degree
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in sales
- At least 3+ years of experience in A2P Messaging
- Experience attending international telecom conferences is a strong advantage
Skills & Competencies
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills
- Fast learner with a deep sense of responsibility and integrity
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Completed sales training is a plus
- Understanding of the A2P SMS market and different types of routing
- Ability to collaborate effectively with support and routing departments
Key Responsibilities
- Search for and engage potential new partners
- Develop and strengthen relationships with existing partners
- Conduct online meetings and discuss business development opportunities with partners
- Prepare and tailor commercial offers / business cases
- Support and manage partner accounts in the A2P SMS Platform
- Actively participate in international industry events and conferences
- Daily discussions with partners regarding routing options and pricing
- Identify and propose new SMS routes to improve quality and profitability
- Collaborate closely with support and routing teams to ensure service quality and delivery
