Responsibilities:

As an Account Manager, you'll be the bridge between our agency and our international clients, ensuring smooth communication and successful project delivery.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Building and nurturing relationships with our international client base, understanding their needs, and acting as their trusted advisor;
  • Collaborating with internal teams to develop and execute strategic advertising campaigns that resonate with our clients' target audiences;
  • Managing project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards;
  • Proactively identifying opportunities for account growth and expansion of services to drive revenue and client satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in Ukrainian is essential, sufficient level of English proficiency is required;
  • Previous experience in a similar account management role within the advertising or communication industry is a plus;
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills;
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while managing multiple priorities effectively;
  • Knowledge of advertising platforms, trends, and best practices is advantageous.
