We are looking for a Strategic Consultant for our innovative AI Social Discovery product. In this role, you will drive key strategic initiatives that impact product growth, user engagement, and revenue. You will analyze business performance, identify opportunities, and influence high-level decisions across marketing, product, and finance. This is a unique opportunity to lead strategic initiatives that shape the direction of the product and work hand-in-hand with senior leadership.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead strategic initiatives to grow our AI Social Discovery product to millions of users;
  • Analyze complex data sets (marketing, product, financial, and payment) to identify growth opportunities and provide actionable recommendations;
  • Build and validate financial and business models to support decision-making and investment planning;
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to guide product and business strategy;
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to optimize product performance, marketing ROI, and customer experience.;
  • Develop and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate business performance and identify areas for improvement;
  • Define and monitor KPIs to track strategic outcomes and business impact.

Hard Skills:

  • 5+ years of experience in Big4, IB, PE, VC, or consulting/investment roles;
  • Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills;
  • Proven ability to influence strategic decisions and collaborate with senior stakeholders.
  • Experience with financial modeling and interpreting key business metrics;
  • Advanced level of English.

Would be a plus:

  • Basic understanding of key product metrics for mobile applications (such as ROI, customer acquisition cost, LTV).;
  • Experience in using data analysis tools (such as SQL, Tableau, Power BI);
  • Understanding the capabilities and limitations of major mobile intelligence services (SimilarWeb, Sensor Tower, App Annie, etc.);
  • Experience with popular analytics tools for mobile applications (Amplitude, Mixpanel, AppsFlyer, etc.).
