Job Description

We're looking for an experienced Web Technical Lead (Full Stack) to become the go-to technical expert for our web projects.

In this role, you'll provide architectural direction, ensure technical excellence, and mentor developers — driving the creation of scalable, high-quality, and efficient web solutions.

This is a technical leadership role (not people management) for someone who leads through expertise, collaboration, and influence.

Qualifications

Responsibilities:

Technical Leadership

  • Act as the primary technical reference for full-stack development across all web projects
  • Define and maintain coding standards, best practices, and reusable components
  • Conduct code reviews to ensure quality, scalability, and maintainability
  • Mentor and support developers with modern frameworks, tools, and workflows

Project Collaboration

  • Partner with the Web Team Lead to plan technical roadmaps, assess feasibility, and manage risks
  • Collaborate with designers and UX teams to deliver robust, responsive web experiences
  • Ensure technical solutions align with both marketing and production goals
  • Support deployment processes, performance optimization, and issue resolution

Full-Stack Development

  • Architect and develop front-end and back-end components as needed
  • Implement and maintain APIs, integrations, and database schemas
  • Ensure applications meet high standards for security, performance, and accessibility
  • Participate in CI/CD and Dockerized deployment workflows

Maintenance & Innovation

  • Oversee maintenance and optimization of web applications and internal tools
  • Identify technical risks, scalability challenges, and potential blockers early
  • Audit codebases and infrastructure to maintain long-term stability
  • Recommend new tools, frameworks, and approaches to improve efficiency

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in full-stack web development
  • Proven background as a technical reference or mentor in web teams
  • Proficiency in both back-end and front-end development:
  • Back-end: , , Strapi
  • Front-end: JavaScript / TypeScript, React / ReactDOM, , , Tailwind CSS
  • Strong knowledge of: RESTful APIs, MySQL / PostgreSQL / MongoDB, Git / GitFlow Docker, CI/CD (GitLab, GitHub Actions, Jenkins)
  • Familiarity with CMS systems (Strapi, WordPress, Contentful) and animation libraries (GSAP, )
  • English level: strong intermediate or higher

Bonus Points

  • Experience with marketing automation or analytics tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, Segment)
  • Understanding of accessibility audits, performance testing, or A/B testing
  • Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban)
