Strong junior or middle Technical Writer

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of professional experience in the IT domain
  • Excellent English (CEFR C1 or higher)
  • Strong ability to explain complex ideas in simple terms
  • Experience with Google Workspace and Confluence
  • Ability to interview engineers and subject matter experts
  • Familiarity with leading style guides (e.g., Microsoft Style Guide, Apply Style Guide)

Will be a plus experience with:

  • Markdown and Git
  • API documentation

Responsibilities:

  • Create, review, edit and update technical documentation for internal and external audiences. This documentation typically details new software releases or describes existing features, capabilities and workflows related to our product

Technical challenges we face we address using up-to-date technologies including .Net 6, Kubernetes, Google Cloud, Postgres, MSSQL, ElasticSearch, BigQuery, Helm, etc. Our team is pure backend, though we have neighbor teams: Mobile, Web-UI (you could join it if you want), SRE/DevOps, QA and BA. We do care about a healthy atmosphere in the team. We try to adjust members' responsibilities to individual willings and skills (but keeping high quality of the product).
