Description

Our engineering department leads the development of scalable, user-centric software solutions, harnessing agile methodologies to deliver robust and intuitive products. With a focus on continuous improvement and seamless integration, we craft transformative tools that redefine the digital experience for our customers in the DACH-region, and beyond.

Responsibilities

• Planning and preparation for Functional testing
• Execution of System, Integration, System-Integration, and Regression testing to identify defects and ensure software quality
• Design and develop the Test Strategy and Schedule to ensure the system meets the highest quality standards
• Developing comprehensive manual test cases (TestRail)
• Performing Automation Testing using Java, Selenium, and TestNG
• Performing API testing (Postman)
• Optimization of test execution and improvement of the test coverage through automation
• Set up and maintenance of testing environments, browsers, and simulators
• Creation and management of test data to simulate various user scenarios and edge cases
• Collaboration with Development and Business teams to identify, investigate, and resolve any issue that arises during testing
• Providing transparent reporting on test results and issues
• Contribution to the improvement of testing processes, tools, and best practices

Requirements

• 3 years of commercial QA experience
• 2 years of QA Automation experience
• Strong understanding of SDLC and STLC, Bug life cycle
• Experience with Java and Java test frameworks
• Experience with Selenium
• Good knowledge of UX/UI principles
• Experience with Page Object Model
• Experience with PostgreSQL (or any SQL database)
• Experience with API Testing, mainly using Postman
• Experience with bug tracking systems (JIRA)
• Good maths skills and analytical mindset
• Upper-intermediate level of English, both spoken and written

It will be a plus if you have:

• Experience with TestRail API
• ISTQB certification
• Experience in the creation of Test Plans or Test Strategies
