Зараз розширюється відділ IT, тож ми шукаємо Support Engineer ERP.

Необхідні навички та досвід:

  • Вища або незакінчена вища освіта в галузі ІТ, фінансів або суміжних спеціальностей
  • Базове розуміння ERP - систем
  • Знання основ бізнес-процесів
  • Аналітичне мислення та здатність швидко розбиратися в проблемах.
  • Комунікабельність: вміння спілкуватися з користувачами зрозумілою мовою.
  • Уважність до деталей і відповідальність.
  • Здатність працювати в команді та навчатися на ходу.
  • Базові знання SQL для роботи з базами даних
  • Бажання навчатися, вирішувати проблеми та розвиватися у команді, яка тільки формується.

Твої обов'язки:

  • Можливість навчатися роботі з SQL та базами даних.
  • Допомога у базовому аналізі запитів користувачів та комунікації під керівництвом старших колег.
  • Вивчення та розуміння бізнес-процесів у сфері фінансів і закупівель.
  • Участь у створенні документації та бази знань.
  • Допомога у підготовці матеріалів для користувачів та проведенні навчань.
  • Участь у моніторингу системи та базових завданнях з очищення даних.
