  We are looking for a Community Manager to join our Nebula Marketing Team. We need a team player who will build trust, visibility, and engagement for Nebula within Reddit communities.
  
  Your tasks:
  
• Develop and implement a long-term Reddit strategy for brand visibility and reputation management.
  Actively engage in relevant subreddits to build trust and awareness.
• Monitor discussions and trends to naturally join conversations and provide value while softly mentioning Nebula when and where appropriate.
  Create high-quality, authentic posts and comments that spark interest, discussions, and upvotes.
• Respond to both positive and negative mentions of the brand, clarify misunderstandings, and handle feedback tactfully.
• Discover ethical opportunities for organic mentions or backlinks without violating subreddit rules.
• Track engagement, upvotes, traffic, and link clicks via UTM tags and analytics tools.
• Maintain a solid understanding of Reddit's algorithm, posting etiquette, and moderation systems.
• Manage collaboration with Reddit freelancers or contractors: assign tasks, provide guidance, and monitor performance to ensure alignment with brand voice and goals.
  
  About you:
• At least 6 months of experience in digital marketing or a related field.
  
• Strong written English skills (C1 level or higher).
• Organizational skills.
• Attention to detail and proactiveness.
  
  Nice to have:
  
• Experience managing or growing Reddit accounts or communities.
• Solid understanding of Reddit mechanics (e.g., karma, shadowbans, subreddit rules and dynamics).
• Strong copywriting and storytelling skills aligned with Reddit culture and tone.
• Familiarity with AI tools for research, content ideation, or scheduling
