The role is based in the Kyiv region, and we will expect you to be in the office 3-4 days per week. So, no full remote is possible. We have a shuttle service from the nearest metro station.

Role Purpose

We're looking for a Community Manager to grow and engage our community of drone pilots. You'll be the bridge between our users and the product team — a warm, trusted voice who drives engagement, shares updates, and collects insights from the field.

Key Objectives:

  • Build positive perception of the product

  • Gather insights about the product and competitors

  • Communicate new features quickly and clearly

  • Help pilots become more skilled and informed

Main Responsibilities:

  • Run content rubrics and discussions in Discord or other channels.

  • Create and publish posts, product updates, micro-guides, memes, and stories.

  • Build and maintain a content plan.

  • Gather community feedback and identify recurring requests.

  • Share collected insights with the product and dev teams.

  • Track community sentiment, surface pain points early, and escalate with clarity.

  • Contribute to internal knowledge and briefings from "the voice of the pilot."
