Job Description

  • Ensure Daily serialization reporting to government(KPIS:Korea Pharmaceutical Information Service) including return, discard, sample, etc.

  • Accurate awareness of government reporting standards

  • Work closely with regional/global IT team to manage serialization system and RPA(Robotic Process Automation)

  • Work closely with BSC OTC(Order to Cash) management in KL and local commercial operation team to manage OTC related issue

  • Month end closing process for the sales and inventory

  • Vendor master management

  • Internal/External Audit support – PWC year-end audit, Customs audit, MCAAS audit, Internal Control over Financial Reporting and etc.

  • Accounting projects support – Global project such as GtN2.0, new system launch, etc.

  • Support expense review and analysis

  • VAT reconciliation support

  • Supplier purchase order management

  • Other ad-hoc support in finance

Job Requirements

  • Basic accounting knowledge

  • Good at Microsoft word, excel, PowerPoint

  • Proficiency in English

  • Attention to details and accuracy
