INTEGRITES is looking for an experienced and highly motivated associate to join our Banking&Finance team in Kyiv.
Main responsibilities
- Legal research and drafting (memoranda, legal opinions, presentations, summaries, comments, etc.)
- Contractual work and support of closing client deals
- Facilitating internal documents flow, and internal and external communications
- Support of the senior lawyers on ongoing matters
- Participation in cross-practice projects
- Direct client communication, both local and international
- Project management, time tracking and supervision / mentoring of junior lawyers
Key requirements
- Higher education in Law from a reputable Ukrainian university; Western LL.M is an advantage
- Admission to the Ukrainian bar
- At least 3–5 years of relevant experience in banking and finance practice
- Excellent command of Ukrainian and English language (written and verbal)
- Strong analytical abilities and outstanding technical and drafting skills
- High level of responsibility, attention to detail, reliability, and proactiveness
- Self-motivation, excellent communication skills, result- and client-oriented approach, ability to work independently and as part of a team
