We are currently seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team as a
Senior Affiliate Marketing Specialist.

As an
Affiliate Marketing Specialist,
you will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with our affiliate partners, driving traffic, and optimizing performance to maximize results. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant contribution to the growth and success of our company's marketing efforts.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify, hire, and cultivate relationships with key affiliate partners, negotiating agreements to maximize mutual benefits, and process the existing database of partners.
  • Analyze affiliate performance metrics and KPIs to assess effectiveness and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with marketing, analytics, product, and finance teams to ensure affiliate initiatives support overall business objectives.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to inform strategy and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Continuously improve affiliate program processes, ensuring compliance with marketing guidelines and best practices for scalability.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to expand the partner network and build valuable affiliate relationships.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar position in affiliate marketing in the iGaming industry;
  • Previous experience driving traffic from Tier 1 markets, including the Netherlands.
  • Deep understanding of affiliate marketing principles, strategies, and best practices, particularly in the iGaming sector.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data-driven decision-making, with experience using affiliate tracking and reporting tools.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving measurable outcomes and achieving business goals.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities and requirements.
  • Strong leadership qualities, including the ability to inspire, motivate, and empower team members to achieve their full potential.
  • Upper Intermediate in written and spoken English.
