We are seeking an experienced 
Tax Manager
 to lead and oversee all tax-related activities.

Requirements

  • University degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Law.
  • At least 5–7 years of progressive tax experience, in a manufacturing or industrial company, or in Big 4 audit/tax firms.
  • Strong knowledge of local tax legislation and international taxation principles.
  • Experience with VAT, customs, and transfer pricing.
  • Familiarity with IFRS and local GAAP tax reporting.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • B2/C1 English, with the ability to prepare documentation and communicate effectively with external advisors and international stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with all applicable tax laws and regulations, including corporate income tax, VAT, customs duties.
  • Review and supervision of preparation of all tax returns, reports, and filings.
  • Monitor tax legislation changes, assess their impact on the company, and implement necessary adjustments.
  • Tax expertise of projects, non-standard transactions, and contracts for the purpose of managing tax risks.
  • Advise management on tax risks and opportunities, including structuring of operations and investments.
  • Lead and coordinate tax audits, inspections, and inquiries from tax authorities.
  • Support transfer pricing compliance and documentation.
  • Manage relationships with external tax consultants, auditors, and legal advisors.
