Role Description
We're looking for a Senior Business Analyst to work on vast data sets, create innovative tools and deliver in-depth analysis to help make vital decisions based on data within the Analytics, Monetisation and Pricing team in OLX. We're a team of 5,000 ambitious, curious people building classifieds marketplaces that are used by over 330 million people every month to buy and sell almost anything.

What You'll Be Doing

• Provide ongoing analytical support to the UA Real Estate Sales team to drive sales performance and strategic decisions
• Deliver data and insights to support sales operations, including performance tracking, pipeline analysis, and other optimization
• Prepare and maintain regular reporting dashboards to help the Sales team monitor progress against KPIs
• Collaborate with the Sales team on forecasting and business planning using data-driven recommendations
• Support data journalism efforts by delivering market trends, insights for internal and external communication
• Ensure alignment between business analysis and commercial needs of the UA Sales teamWorking together with the team on strategy, customers segmentation and competitive benchmarking when it involves a lot of data
• Collaborating with other members of the Data & Analytics team in Europe and work on the data & tools consistency

Who We're Looking For

• Fluent in English and Ukrainian3+ years of relevant solid experience and proficiency in analytics (preferably data, business or product analytics)
• Profound knowledge of SQL (PostgreSQL appreciated as we work with Amazon Redshift) and Excel
• Experience in pricing analysis would be a great advantageHands-on experience with analysing data in Python/R
• Problem solver and critical thinker
• Ability to develop hypotheses, understand and interpret data within the context of the business; solve problems and distil data into actionable recommendations; ability to dig into the "why" of various results
• Excellent communication skillsInnate curiosity, as it triggers innovation
• Experience in e-commerce and classifieds businesses would be awesome
• Familiarity with data visualisation tools (e.g. Tableau, PowerBI, Looker) and the ability to turn quantitative insights into a storyInterest and knowledge of Real estate market would be a great advantage
