Ми, команда Genesis Education, шукаємо Education Community Specialist у напрям Genesis Internal Education для роботи над non-tech ком'юніті та освітніми проєктами.

У Genesis Internal Education ми створили систему обміну експертизою та підтримуємо кожного співробітника у прагненні навчатися й будувати кар'єру.

  • Ми створюємо проєкти для навчання співробітників у різних доменах — у 14 профільних і 3 непрофільних доменах.
  • Усі освітні проєкти відбуваються на основі запитів бізнесу та співробітників.
  • Спеціаліст будь-якої професії та грейду може обрати зручний формат корпоративного навчання.

На позиції Education Community Specialist твоїми завданнями будуть:

  • Розвивати 3 Non-tech Communities — Design, Marketing, Content. Реалізувати та планувати профільні регулярні зустрічі, контент у чаті, взаємодіяти з драйверами спільнот.
  • Реалізувати освітні проєкти (менторські програми, хакатони, інтенсиви тощо).
  • Аналізувати бізнес-запити та на їхній основі готувати концепти освітніх проєктів.
  • Допомагати в операційних процесах ком'юніті та всього внутрішнього навчання.
  • Комунікація зі стейкхолдерами проєктів: учасниками, спікерами та партнерами.
  • Удосконалення наявних освітніх форматів та впровадження нових рішень.

Для ефективної роботи на цій позиції потрібно:

  • Володіти сильними комунікативними навичками (як усними, так і письмовими) та любити комунікувати з людьми.
  • Мати від 1 року досвіду в організації або координації освітніх проєктів, продуктів чи ком'юніті. Також є релевантним досвід успішної реалізації освітніх ініціатив у студентських або громадських організаціях.
  • Вміти самостійно організувати свою роботу та пріоритезувати задачі.
  • Бути проактивним та ініціативним.
  • Вміти шукати, аналізувати та систематизувати необхідну інформацію.
  • Базово розуміти специфіку роботи фахівців у напрямку Design, Marketing та Content.
  • Мати бажання розвиватись у напрямку L&D.
