Маркетингова агенція, яка створює віральний контент для digital-інфлюенсерів та бізнесів (у сфері B2C та інфо-продуктів), шукає креативну людину, яка допоможе створювати engaging-контент для TikTok, Reels та Shorts.

Ця роль - для того, хто відчуває ритм соцмереж, має режисерське або креативне мислення та хоче розвиватися в створенні контенту.


Що ви будете робити:
  • Писати структуровані, захоплюючі сценарії для відео-контенту (Reels, Shorts, TikTok)
  • Працювати з референсами, адаптувати ідеї під tone of voice клієнта
  • Аналізувати результати: відслідковувати статистику (лайки, перегляди) та вносити дані в AirTable/таблиці
  • Організовувати відеоконтент (розподіл по папках, структура, дедлайни)

Інколи долучатись до зйомок, в перспективі самостійно курувати процес

Розвиватися в ролі контент-криейтора для інфлюенсерів, бізнесів і курсів

Ми чекаємо від кандидата:
  • 1+ рік досвіду створення сценаріїв або контенту для соцмереж
  • Розуміння структури вірального відео: hook, body, CTA
  • Досвід з Reels / TikTok - обов'язковий
  • Базові навички організації роботи (таблиці, файли, дедлайни
  • Вміння швидко аналізувати, підлаштовуватись під клієнта
  • Бажання вчитись, брати відповідальність, проявляти ініціативу

    Буде плюсом:
    • Досвід в режисурі, сценаристиці або акторській сфері
    • Знання AirTable, CapCut/VN, Canva
    • Розуміння digital-маркетингу, tone of voice, базової SMM-механіки
