Now we're building the future of social media — and we're looking for a Middle SMM Specialist (R&D & AI Formats) who will help us explore and scale bold, viral, and AI-native content strategies.

About You

• Experience of working with brand social accounts as an SMM specialist, content manager, or content creator / Creative Marketing Specialist with a strong understanding of SMM
• Deep understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels, and how "For You" algorithms work.
• Confidence in working with other key social media platforms — Instagram, Facebook, TikTok.
• A natural curiosity for internet culture, emerging trends, and the ability to track the global agenda straight from your phone.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, test-and-learn environment.
• Passion for AI tools and AI-native content (no need to be an expert yet — just ready to dive in and learn fast).
• English: Upper Intermediate or higher.

Nice to Have

• Hands-on experience with AI content tools (MidJourney, Runway, ElevenLabs, etc.).
• Track record of launching and organically growing new accounts.
• Experience working in international markets (USA, Europe, LATAM).
• Ability to brief and manage freelancers or collaborate with UGC creators.
• Excitement for experiments, weird ideas, and unconventional content formats.

Your Areas of Impact

• Run experimental accounts: test viral formats, hooks, and characters on TikTok and Instagram.
• Identify and scale winners: transform successful experiments into dedicated vertical accounts.
• Analyze trends: monitor creators, brands, and niche communities to generate insights and hypotheses.
• Prototype AI-native formats: experiment with AI-driven concepts (AI influencers, dynamic storytelling, etc.).
• Collaborate across teams: work with designers, editors, and motion designers (in-house and freelance).
• Document and share learnings: report results, build repeatable growth playbooks, and contribute to the overall SMM strategy.
