Middle General QA

Join our team as a Middle General QA and contribute to the development of a modern digital banking platform
You'll work in a dedicated 19-person product team on a long-term fintech solution that enables businesses to launch their own branded financial applications. The platform is already live with one brand, with a second in the final testing stage. Your focus will be on ensuring product quality, stability, and a seamless user experience.

REQUIREMENTS

We're looking for a Middle General QA who has:

• Meticulous attention to details;
• A solid understanding of QA processes;
• English at Intermediate+ level (written and spoken);
• Programming experience in JavaScript/TypeScript;
• Experience with Mocha and Playwright for test automation;
• Familiarity with Allure for reporting;
• Proficiency with Git and GitHub;
• Experience with Postman, Swagger, and browser DevTools for API testing;
• Understanding of Jira XRay for test management;
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban);
• Experience with tools like ESLint, REST API, Kibana (log viewing), Jira, Confluence, and Figma.

Nice to have:

• Experience with Jenkins;
• Advanced experience using Kibana for log analysis.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Middle General QA, you will:

• Develop and maintain API automated tests, with the potential to cover UI tests in the future;
• Perform manual testing when other QA team members need support;
• Execute functional, smoke, regression, and exploratory testing;
• Report bugs clearly and efficiently;
• Create and maintain test documentation;
• Prepare demo plans and demonstrate testing progress to stakeholders;
• Collaborate within a stable product team operating under Agile methodologies (Scrum or Kanban).

ABOUT PROJECT Description

Advant is a white-label Digital Banking Platform designed to provide small and medium-sized enterprises with a unique, comprehensive, self-service platform. The application provides a simple and convenient, while also secure financial management system free from bureaucratic complications.

As a white-label solution, Advant empowers other companies to jumpstart their own branded applications using its powerful pre-built features.

As of now, based on Advant white label solution 2 brands were implemented, one of which is already Live and other one is on UAT stage.
