Blackthorn Vision is looking for an ambitious Middle Manual QA Engineer to join our team. Our client, founded in 2011 and based in Colorado, is a leader in the USA market for application management, with solutions trusted by over 6,000 enterprises. With a history of successful collaboration with this client. Blackthorn Vision is looking for exceptional candidates with a strong desire to build and execute high-quality processes to ensure product quality, contributing to our continued success

Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in QA within Agile development teams.
  • Proven expertise in test planning, execution of functional and non-functional test cases, and defect reporting.
  • Strong ability to translate business requirements into test specifications, including preparation of edge cases and comprehensive test coverage.
  • Hands-on experience testing both web and desktop applications.
  • Proficiency in using virtual machines for software testing environments.
  • Solid knowledge of browser developer tools (e.g., Console, Network, Application tabs).
  • Practical experience with Azure DevOps for test management and defect tracking.
  • Familiarity with REST APIs and tools such as Postman for API testing.
  • Basic understanding of databases (querying and validation).
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
  • Strong product-oriented mindset with attention to user value and business impact.
  • Excellent team communication and collaboration skills.
  • Upper-intermediate English level.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute various types of test cases, and work with different types of testing.
  • Creation and maintenance of the testing documentation,
  • Performing backend tests (work with API, DBs, Logs);
  • Analyze and report test results, track defects, and participate in other daily QA routines.
  • Communicate with team members.
