Now, we're looking for a Co-Founder to join AppLab - our venture-backed team testing ideas, seeking for next-gen productivity, petcare, health, wellness, and lifestyle apps.
Today we've built a full-stack infrastructure for launching and scaling mobile apps in white-hat niches — covering tech, product, marketing, and operations. And we are opening the door for someone ready to bring their own hypothesis, test it on our infrastructure, and scale it into a global business.
This isn't just a "job." It's an equity-backed opportunity to take your expertise in user acquisition and mobile growth, and turn it into a real company — with a venture builder backing you at every step.


What you will be doing:

  • take your own mobile app idea (or co-develop with us), validate and test it using our existing infrastructure;
  • lead User Acquisition & Growth strategy across paid channels, ASO, performance marketing, and creative testing;
  • drive business metrics: CAC, LTV, retention, scaling funnels across global markets;
  • work side-by-side with our in-house (15 A-players) from product, creative, development, marketing and data teams to accelerate testing cycles;
  • operate as a co-founder partnering with our Head of AppLab, Olena Slobodaniuk: from hypothesis → MVP → scale → revenue.

What you bring:

  • 3+ years in mobile apps (ideally health, wellness, productivity, or other mass-market niches);
  • proven track record in User Acquisition — you know how to run high-performance campaigns, test creative angles, and scale budgets profitably;
  • experience taking at least one app from launch → scale;
  • founder mindset: you think in ROI, growth loops, and business models, not just campaigns.
  • hungry, ambitious, and ready to go global.
