Vendor Life Cycle Specialist

Full-time on site/hybrid (Lviv) or remote (countrywide employment)

You are:

  • An experienced professional in analytics
  • Skilled in MS Office, particularly in MS Excel
  • A great communicator and a team player
  • A professional with customer-first mindset
  • Confident in English on at least Upper-Intermediate level

With you we will:

  • Work closely with Strategic Buyers team to support ongoing activities and identify areas of improvement.
  • Support negotiation process with predefined suppliers, prepare a request for information/request for proposal;
  • Perform activities of vendor creation, modification, extention based on received requests from the business according to defined SLAs;
  • Prepare periodic and on demand reports, graphs and analytics concerning suppliers, spends, contracts etc.;
  • Conduct Supplier Research and populate predefined templates on supplier information;
  • To contact vendors to ask the mandatory documents for the process, perform the verification of the mandatory documents from the vendors' side and follow-up to ensure that the process is legal and that it fullfills the global requirements
  • Follow up with suppliers on outstanding Responsible Supplier Audits confirmation dates and information, Supplier Audit tracking;
