Client's flexible benefits software helps companies offer competitive benefits packages while reducing costs and inefficiencies, by giving employees more choice and flexibility in how they spend their benefit allowances. The platform also saves HR professionals countless hours managing and supporting various point solutions.

Using cleint's application suite, companies can select from a suite of products that include Lifestyle Spending Accounts, Health Spending Accounts, Health Reimbursement Arrangements, Flexible Spending Accounts, and more to design and deliver customized benefits programs–all through a single platform. Employees then have three choices to spend account funds: The Store with discounted products and services, The Visa Card, or claim reimbursement backed by Cleint's world-class member support team.

Client has helped hundreds of the world's most admired companies, including Stripe, Zoom, Lululemon, and Affirm, design and support flexible, inclusive benefits programs for nearly a million employees. And, we are seeing great success with 75 NPS, and 98 CSAT ratings from members.

What project we have for you

Build and ship the best possible products accurately and on-time. Solve complex business problems and workflows with highly secure, scalable, and easy-to-use backend APIs and infrastructure. We run our services on Kubernetes using GCP (for now) and AWS (upcoming). We integrate with Stripe, Plaid, and others to make complicated financial transactions a breeze.

What you will do

• Analyze capability gaps within the client organization or pain points for the target market. Suggest improvements and appropriate solution options.
• Identify and define business needs and goals.
• Collaborate proactively with business stakeholders, project managers, and teams to reach a common understanding of the solution to address the needs. Manage requirements communication considering the project's specifics and stakeholders' preferences. Moderate meetings and workshops.
• Manage solution scope, detect and track changes. Manage requirements-related conflicts and issues up to resolution.
• Prioritize requirements and manage their allocation. Define and document non-functional requirements, external interfaces, and constraints.
• Where needed, interact with the product manager on product strategy definition and target market segments.
• Evaluate business analysis processes and continuously improve them. Establish and follow requirements lifecycle processes.
• Monitor solution implementation and conduct internal and external solution acceptance. Manage solution acceptance criteria.

What you need for this

Required skills:

• IT industry experience: 5 years or more, including collaboration with clients abroad.
• Experience in business analysis or product management: 5 years or more, including defining solutions from idea to production.
• Experience in Finance fomain is required
• Clear understanding of principles and specifics of software development life cycle;
• Extensive knowledge of business analysis activities and techniques.
• Knowledge of business process optimization and modeling approaches.
• Knowledge of requirements management tools (at least JIRA & Confluence).
• Knowledge of prototyping tools.
• Very strong English verbal and written communication skills.
• Systems thinking and functional decomposition skills.
• Strong analytical skills for critical assessment of information from numerous sources.
• Modeling skills to represent requirements information in graphical form.
• Setting clear priorities and time-management. Ability to handle multi-tasking.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Will be a plus:

• Knowledge of product management best practices.
