We are looking for a highly motivated Affiliate Marketing Manager (Influencer Marketing Manager) to help us expand into the Japanese market, grow our revenue, and establish new partnerships in Japan. This role involves managing our existing portfolio of Affiliate Partners from Japan and building new relationships with photographers, websites, media, CPA networks, YouTube channels, Instagram accounts, and more.

You will engage with new partners and reactivate existing ones through high-performing campaigns, analyze their performance (such as traffic on their platforms, revenue potential, and brand exposure), and implement strategies to drive more revenue for Skylum's products in the Japanese market.

Your goals will include planning and launching affiliate and influencer marketing campaigns from start to finish, negotiating financial terms, and achieving revenue targets.

You will work alongside the affiliate and partnerships team and report to the Head of Partnerships.

Requirements:

• Experience in Account Manager, Customer Support Manager, or Marketing Manager positions will be an advantage.
• An understanding of the main concepts of an affiliate manager's work — traffic, conversion, CPC, CPA, revenue, profit, ROMI, SEO, and PPC — will be an advantage.
• Experience working with Google Sheets, Google Docs.
• A data-driven approach to work; strong analytical and management skills.
• Great negotiation skills.
• Ability to self-organize and accept challenges, looking for new ways to solve problems, and grow the business.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Japanese or Korean.

Responsibilities:

• Manage affiliate partnerships across various channels, including websites, media, coupon sites, CPA networks, YouTube channels, etc., through the affiliate platform.
• Onboard new affiliate partners for Skylum products, signing agreements to ensure clear terms.
• Review videos, media, metadata, and other content to ensure they align with contractual commitments.
• Launch, monitor, and optimize affiliate and influencer marketing campaigns across key regions, using various A/B tests to refine campaigns and communication.
• Monitor, measure, and analyze campaigns, adjust commission structures, and optimize budget allocation to achieve ROI targets and meet KPIs.
• Build, nurture, and reactivate relationships with affiliates, influencers, and content creators to enhance product reach and engagement.
• Evaluate historical and current data, user insights, marketing strategies, and business objectives to improve affiliate strategies and influencer marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, SEO, PPC, Brand, Legal, Finance) for seamless asset delivery, product updates, and campaign coordination.
• Research, assess, and stay informed about new technologies and trends in affiliate marketing and influencer partnerships.
• Weekly, monthly, and yearly reporting.
• Support additional tasks as needed.
