We are currently seeking a Strategy and Operations Business Associate for our client — one of the largest developers and manufacturers of UAVs for Ukraine's defense needs.

The team is focused on continuously enhancing UAV performance, applying cutting-edge approaches and technologies. With in-house production facilities, they can swiftly implement changes and innovations.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Background in consulting, investment banking, or large corporations with experience in M&A, corporate strategy, or corporate finance.
  • Strong financial modeling skills and solid understanding of investment processes.
  • Excellent PowerPoint, storytelling, and presentation skills.
Key Responsibilities

Strategy and Corporate Development Support:

  • Support the development of both organic and inorganic growth initiatives, including M&A and joint venture creation processes.
  • Contribute to the development of product strategies to strengthen the company's position in the MilTech sector.
  • Assist in the design and implementation of corporate and go-to-market strategies for specific markets.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure recommendations are practical, data-driven, and aligned with strategic priorities and operational goals.

Operations Support:

  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives: analyze internal processes, identify inefficiencies, and support implementation of improvements.
  • Assist with process mapping and the development of the company's target operating model.
  • Support internal transformation and change management initiatives
