JV & Partnership Associate

We are currently seeking a JV & Partnership Associate for our client — one of the largest developers and manufacturers of UAVs for Ukraine's defense needs.

The team is focused on continuously enhancing UAV performance, applying cutting-edge approaches and technologies. With in-house production facilities, they can swiftly implement changes and innovations.

As a JV & Partnership Associate, you will support the development and execution of the company's M&A, joint venture, and strategic partnership initiatives, as well as support organic growth investment decision, and development of expansion strategy.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in investment banking, management consulting, corporate development, or a similar role.
• Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities (in English and Ukrainian), with experience preparing pitch decks and investment documentation.
• Familiarity with M&A, joint ventures, partnerships, and/or market entry strategy development and transaction documents preparation.
• Team player with a proactive mindset and strong problem-solving capabilities.

• Strategy Development: Support the formulation of M&A and partnership strategies aligned with the company's long-term growth objectives.
• Transaction Support: Assist in preparing investment documentation, including Information Memoranda (IM), Term Sheets, MoUs, and internal pitch materials for key stakeholders.
• Financial Modellingb & Due Diligence: Develop and maintain financial models, perform valuation analysis, and provide support during due diligence processes.
• Investment Decision Support: Contribute to the evaluation of organic growth and investment opportunities by providing strategic and financial insights.
• JV Creation & Market Entry: Support the structuring, negotiation, and setup of joint ventures and partnerships, as well as the development of market entry strategies.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and external advisors to ensure successful execution of partnerships and investment initiatives.
