INTEGRITES law firm is looking for a Marketing Manager to join our PR and marketing department in Kyiv

This is an excellent career opportunity for an energetic junior to mid-level communications specialist who wants to grow in the field of legal consulting.

The successful candidate will provide day-to-day support with:

  • Maintaining the profiles of the firm, individuals, practices in the international legal directories on the ongoing basis
  • Maintaining the track record of the firm: successful deals, client recommendation letters
  • Assisting with the development of marketing materials and event management

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

  • Ensure timely submissions to the international legal directories: drafting, editing, submitting, monitoring the results
  • Manage and update the project track record
  • Assist with the development of marketing materials (presentations, brochures, digests, leaflets)

Skills and Experience (Essential):

  • English (advanced proficiency, both writing and oral)
  • Analytical mindset
  • Communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to process and analyze large volumes of data
  • Ability to effectively multitask

Great to have:

  • 1-3 years of experience in PR
  • Experience in communications in a law firm
  • Experience in B2B
  • Writing and editing proficiency

General personal characteristics:

  • A team player with a positive can-do attitude
  • A self-organized project owner and manager able to work independently and take responsibility
  • Stress-resistant communicator with a systemic approach to tasks
