GROUPE SEB Ukraine - international company with operations in almost 150 countries, the world leader in Small Household Equipment (Tefal, Moulinex, Rowenta, Krups and WMF) is looking for a Candidate on Digital Marketing Manager position (maternity leave position).

Main responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Managing, planning, executing and optimizing the overall category/brand digital strategy to increase brand awareness, consumer engagement
  • Owning and leading full mix of digital marketing campaigns, setting clear KPIs and working with creative and media agencies to optimize on a weekly basis
  • Coordinating with external and internal agencies to create fit for purpose assets to power campaign media plans
  • Providing support/consultancy to marketing and sales teams
  • Ensuring the growth of the Groupe SEB owned domains, such as the brand website, and social media channels
  • Campaign content creation
  • Manage all digital activities for dedicated product categories
  • Measure and optimize digital activations to improve consumer experience and campaign performance through content management, quality control and new tools/applications in digital innovation
  • Responsible for coordinating roll-out of new digital platforms, functionalities, and the operational management of all owned digital properties and assets.

Main requirements:

  • Proven work experience as a Digital Marketing Manager
  • Hands on experience with MS Office
  • Knowledge of SMM tools
  • Work experience with PPC campaigns
  • Knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics
  • Familiarity with social media
  • Excellent writing skills in English and Ukrainian
  • Attention to details
  • Good organizational and time-management skills
