We are looking for experienced DevOps Engineers to lead the migration of CI/CD pipelines from Jenkins to GitHub Actions. In this high-impact role, you'll collaborate with multiple development squads to streamline developer workflows, define DevOps best practices, and ensure a smooth, low-risk transition across teams.

Requirements:
  • 6+ years of experience as a DevOps engineer
  • Strong hands-on experience with Git and GitHub (including GitHub Actions)
  • Proven expertise in designing, implementing, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines
  • Good understanding of branching strategies, code review workflows, and automation best practices
  • Familiarity with Jenkins (to understand current setup and ease migration)
  • Solid scripting skills (Bash, Python, or similar)
  • Experience with containerization and infrastructure as code (Docker, Terraform, etc.)
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a cross-functional environment
  • At least Upper-intermediate level of English
Responsibilities:
  • Lead the migration of existing CI/CD pipelines from Jenkins to GitHub Actions
  • Review and refactor current Jenkins pipelines to ensure efficient and maintainable GitHub workflows
  • Collaborate with development teams to ensure a seamless transition with minimal delivery risk
  • Define and promote DevOps standards, documentation, and reusable templates
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and continuously improve pipeline performance and reliability
  • Provide knowledge transfer and training to internal teams
Nice-to-Have Skills:
  • Experience in cloud environments (AWS Lambdas and networking, Azure, GCP)
  • Familiarity with secrets management and security best practices for CI/CD
  • Knowledge of monitoring and observability tools (Grafana, Prometheus, etc.)
