We are proud to develop a cutting-edge project in the radiology domain, focused on improving how physicians in the USA manage diagnostic workflows. Our platform streamlines workflow management for doctors, enabling them to make remote diagnoses based on sonograms, electrocardiograms, ultrasounds, and other scans. The system also ensures efficient task distribution based on physicians' workloads.

We are looking for a Senior Manual QA Engineer to join our team and ensure the highest quality of our solution.

Does this relate to you?
  • 4+ years of experience as a Manual QA Engineer (preferably in healthcare, medical imaging, or workflow-heavy systems).
  • Strong experience in creating and executing test documentation (test plans, test cases, checklists).
  • Solid understanding of SDLC, STLC, and defect lifecycle.
  • Hands-on experience with API testing tools (e.g., Postman, Swagger).
  • Familiarity with testing complex workflows, integrations, and data validation.
  • Experience with issue-tracking and test management systems (e.g., Jira, TestRail).
  • Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with distributed teams.
  • Upper-Intermediate English level or higher (to communicate with US-based stakeholders).
Nice to Have
  • Experience with medical/healthcare domain software.
  • Knowledge of DICOM, HL7, or other medical data formats.
  • Familiarity with basic SQL queries for test data validation.
  • Exposure to automation concepts (Selenium, Cypress, or similar).
A new team member will be in charge of:
  • Design, maintain, and execute detailed manual test cases for complex healthcare workflows.
  • Perform functional, regression, integration, and exploratory testing across web and mobile platforms.
  • Collaborate closely with developers, and product managers to clarify requirements and test scenarios.
  • Validate workflows involving medical images, scan results, and diagnostic data flows.
  • Ensure compliance with data security, privacy, and healthcare standards.
  • Track, document, and prioritize defects using modern issue-tracking tools (e.g., Jira).
  • Contribute to test strategy and process improvements, bringing best practices to the QA team.
