Billing manager

Основні обов'язки :

  • Формування звірок за місячний період по компаніях/рекламним агентствах;

  • Ініціювання виставлення рахунків клієнтам на підставі затверджених звірок;

  • Оформлення додаткових угод, ефірних довідок до договорів та актів виконаних робіт на підставі затверджених звірок;

  • Контроль документообігу за проєктами на всіх його етапах (своєчасність виставлення рахунків, наявність договорів та їх підписання);

  • Відстеження та контроль оплат рахунків, що виставлені клієнтам;

  • Ведення обліку та звітності за допомогою автоматизованої системи;

  • Участь в оптимізації внутрішніх та зовнішніх процесів.

Що ми від тебе очікуємо:

  • Досвід роботи від 1 року на посаді білінг менеджер/бухгалтер/finance manager;

  • Ти впевнено володієш електронними таблицями Google Sheets та Excel;

  • У тебе базове знання англійської мови на рівні Pre-Intermediate для роботи з документацією;

  • Особисті якості (soft skills): відповідальність, уважність і точність до цифр та деталей, вміння визначати пріоритетність в задачах і працювати у режимі мультизадачності. А ще ти любиш навчатись і швидко освоюєш нову інформацію.

Буде чудово, якщо ти:

  • Вмієш працювати з 1С;

  • Знаєш як вести бухгалтерську документацію.
