Position tasks:

  • providing assistance to Bank users on all issues related to the Bank's information systems by telephone and/or using Service Desk software.

Main functional responsibilities:

  • conducting analysis, assessment, prioritization and processing of applications submitted by Bank employees in the Service Desk software;
  • participating in the role of operator in the incident management process;
  • providing methodological assistance to Bank employees on the functioning of software and hardware complexes and software.

Candidate requirements:

  • secondary specialized or higher education.
  • work experience in a similar position for at least 1 year;
  • ready to consider a student
  • knowledge of the principles of operation of software complexes (hereinafter referred to as PCs) and peripheral devices, Windows operating systems;
  • skills in working with PCs and office applications;
  • personal skills: sociability, stress resistance, adaptability to innovations.
