Country Manager for Ukraine

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Proactively identify potential customer resources within the region, develop targeted development strategies, and convert new customers into signed contracts.

  2. Maintain long-term cooperative relationships with core clients, conduct regular visits and communication, resolve needs and issues arising during cooperation, and improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.

  3. Identify key markets and product directions based on the company's overall sales targets.

  4. Implement sales strategies, advance order negotiations and signings, ensure sales targets are met, and track payment progress.

  5. Promptly report market opportunities and risks to the company, providing a basis for product iteration and pricing strategies.

Internal Coordination and Resource Integration:

  1. Collaborate with technical, production, and after-sales departments to coordinate sample preparation, order scheduling, and logistics to ensure delivery efficiency.

  2. Integrate internal resources to address personalized customer needs and promote cross-departmental collaboration to improve service response speed.

  3. Follow up on after-sales processes, coordinate and handle product usage and repair issues, and ensure service quality.

  4. Respond to unexpected crises in cooperation (such as delivery delays, quality disputes, etc.), develop solutions, and promote their implementation to minimize customer losses.

Job Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree or above, with a background in Electrical Engineering, International Economics and Trade, or related fields;

  2. Minimum 5 years of sales or customer management experience, with preference given to candidates with experience in the electrical industry;

  3. Fluent in spoken, written, and oral English, able to conduct business negotiations and daily communication without barriers;

  4. Outgoing and determined personality, with excellent interpersonal communication skills, negotiation skills, and the ability to work under pressure;

  5. Ambitious and results-oriented, able to independently develop strategies and drive goal achievement, while also possessing strong teamwork skills.
