We seek an 
Affiliate Marketing Manager
 to build an affiliate marketing vertical from scratch. This role drives business growth by realizing the potential of an additional marketing channel to accelerate the user acquisition of the business.

You will be working under the leadership of one of the top CMOs in Ukraine, Max Lukominskyi.

Your tasks:

• Design a strategy based on the business needs and implement the strategy;
• Execute the tasks related to the affiliate marketing;

• Build the affiliate marketing into an important and significant revenue stream and brand improvement tool:

• Set up and develop the connections with affiliate team and web masters;

• Design the offer, placement and acquisition strategy;

• Find unit economics with affiliate marketing channel.

About you:

• 2+ years of work experience of proven experience in affiliate marketing;
• Advanced English
  is a must for us;
• You have a track record of successful projects;
• Good knowledge of unit economics and experience of developing IT products;
• Great communication and bizdev skills, with the ability to work in a team and ambitious.
