The PositionОсновні обов'язки:

  • Інсталяція та валідація: Проведення монтажу, налаштування, валідації та введення в експлуатацію нових лабораторних систем Roche .

  • Технічне обслуговування: Виконання планового та профілактичного обслуговування обладнання згідно з міжнародними стандартами та регламентами компанії.

  • Діагностика та ремонт: Оперативна діагностика несправностей (як на місці у клієнта, так і за допомогою засобів віддаленої підтримки) та проведення ремонтних робіт будь-якої складності.

  • Технічна підтримка: Надання професійних консультацій та навчання персоналу лабораторій (лікарів-лаборантів, біологів, інженерів клієнта) щодо правил експлуатації та догляду за обладнанням.

  • Модернізація: Встановлення оновлень програмного забезпечення та апаратних модифікацій (апгрейдів) систем.

  • Звітність та документація: Своєчасне та точне ведення всієї сервісної документації, заповнення актів виконаних робіт та звітів у корпоративній CRM-системі (відповідно до стандартів ISO та внутрішніх політик).

  • Управління запчастинами: Ефективне управління власним складом запасних частин.

Вимоги до кандидата:

  • Освіта: Вища технічна освіта (біомедична інженерія, електроніка, радіотехніка, метрологія, ІТ або суміжні спеціальності).

  • Досвід роботи: Від 2-х років на посаді сервісного інженера з медичним або складним лабораторним обладнанням.

  • Технічні знання: Глибоке розуміння принципів роботи електроніки, механіки, оптики та гідравліки.

  • ІТ-навички: Впевнений користувач ПК. Розуміння принципів роботи комп'ютерних мереж (TCP/IP, LIS/HIS інтеграція) .

  • Мови:

    Українська – вільно.

    Англійська – не нижче рівня Intermediate (B1). Обов'язкова вимога для читання технічної документації, проходження навчань у виробника та листування з глобальною підтримкою.

  • Мобільність: Наявність водійського посвідчення категорії «В» та досвід водіння.

  • Готовність до відряджень: Робота має роз'їзний характер, готовність до регулярних відряджень по Україні.

  • Особисті якості: Висока клієнтоорієнтованість, відмінні комунікативні навички, відповідальність, аналітичний склад розуму, вміння працювати в режимі багатозадачності та самостійно приймати рішення.
