Proteams is a leading Freelance Marketplace based in Europe supporting leading multinational enterprises in external workforce activities by sourcing and managing teams of top-tier independent professionals, either freelancers or contractors, with a particular focus on IT, Digital and Creative positions and projects.Responsibilities

  • Sourcing and screening candidates to ensure their qualifications meet job requirements
  • Acting as the main point of contact for candidates from initial application through to the offer stage
  • Communicating with clients to gather role requirements, provide candidate updates, and align on expectations
  • Working across a variety of roles, functions, locations, and seniority levels
  • Participating in the development, maintenance, and ongoing updates of our recruitment platform
  • Scheduling and arranging interviews for candidates
  • Collaborating closely with hiring managers and internal teams to align on hiring processes and evaluations

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sourcing and screening candidates, especially via LinkedIn and other platforms
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote and interntional environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (very good to fluent level)
  • Experience communicating with clients or hiring managers regarding job roles and candidate updates
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks in parallel
