EverHelp is a project in the Genesis ecosystem. We're a team of professionals that's developing outsourcing support services for plenty of products all over the world at a dynamic tempo. The project launched in 2021, and last year we experienced a yearly growth rate of +82%. Since February 2022, we've managed to preserve all our workplaces and, most importantly, we continue to strengthen our team while maintaining an employee satisfaction rate of over 90%.We are always looking for optimistic, proactive candidates who would not only possess substantial field expertise but would also empower the growth team with a relentless drive to turn ideas into actionable hypotheses and then into working business solutions. Now we're looking for an experienced Marketing Manager.The main goal is to assume complete responsibility for running advertising campaigns and promoting strategic expansion. In this position, you will work closely with the Marketing Team Lead to develop and implement the marketing plan for our new product, Evly.Your future responsibilities include:Multichannel lead generation: launch, optimize, test, and scale advertising campaigns across multiple platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Microsoft Ads, etc.).Website management: plan and oversee the creation of new pages, analyze existing ones, and run CRO experiments to improve performance.Tracking setup: configure event and conversion tracking, and monitor the full user journey.Creative cycle management: create briefs, review creatives and ad copies, and maintain a structured library of innovative tests.Media planning & forecasting: build media plans and forecast key performance metrics for inbound campaigns.Market & competitor analysis: identify trends and insights to adjust performance strategy and product positioning.Operational management: brief and supervise contractors (design, copywriting, video), ensuring deadlines, quality standards, and proper documentation of materials.Reporting & retrospectives: prepare weekly and monthly funnel reports (CTR, CPC, LP-CVR, CPL, CPSQL, CAC, SQL→Customer, pipeline value), summarize key insights, and define next steps.Needed experience & skills:2+ years of relevant experience (at least 1 year in B2B SaaS marketing).Experience managing >30k budgets.Experience of work with Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, GA4, Ahrefs, HubSpot, and Looker.Strong analytical skills.Proficiency in English at level B2+ or above.Work with EverHelp is about:Opportunity to join a Ukrainian company and help the Ukrainian economy.20+ vacation days and unlimited sick leaves.Medical insurance and +10 Healthcare leaves for mental & physical recovery.Systematic learning & development inside a team and on an individual level: compensation for professional webinars, courses, conferences, etc.Ability to work from Lviv & Kyiv offices with free breakfasts and lunches or fully remotely.Team of professionals who are ready for knowledge sharing, internal professional communities, and team building.Free sport classes, corporate discounts for gym membership, and other services like medical services, language schools, etc.Submit your resume and join our team
