Один з наших клієнтів займається виробництвом техніки та радіоелектронних пристроїв, що покращує ефективність ведення бойових дій.
Компанія постійно зростає, розвивається та вдосконалює робочі процеси і зараз ми шукаємо для них HelpDesk Engineer.
Твої майбутні обов'язки:
- Налаштування, діагностика та усунення збоїв ПК, ОС Windows, офісного ПЗ.
- Вузловий ремонт офісної техніки.
- Використання знань мережевих технологій.
- Монтаж та обслуговувати системи відеонагляду, СКД, охоронні сигналізації, СКС.
Який досвід та навички важливі:
- Розуміння, як працювати з віддаленими робочими столами
- Розуміння в роботі з Windows. Встановлення Windows, перевстановлення
- Розуміння в роботі з Active Directory. Навіщо вона потрібна
