Are you passionate about shaping customer experience across multiple touchpoints and driving operational excellence? We are looking for a Customer Experience & Operations Manager who will ensure seamless, modern, and impactful communication with our customers across all channels.

What you will do

  • Lead call center operations: set priorities, monitor performance, run 1:1s, and oversee monthly bonus calculations.
  • Drive brand reputation initiatives on Trustpilot, Reddit, Google Maps, and other platforms.
  • Oversee multichannel customer communication across email, SMS, WhatsApp, social media, and in-platform messaging.
  • Lead the Voice AI outbound calls project – improve call scripts, system logic, reporting, and resolve operational issues.
  • Manage WhatsApp chatbot integration – optimize automated responses, handle escalations, and oversee cross-platform integrations.
  • Identify and close communication gaps across departments, ensuring every customer question is answered and every interaction supported.
  • Administer Zendesk – configure, optimize, and develop reporting to meet evolving operational needs.
  • Manage SIP trunks & phone numbers for SMS, calls, and WhatsApp, track costs and optimize expenses.
  • Research, evaluate, and implement new tools – from call monitoring solutions to chatbot analytics – leading projects from idea to launch.

What we expect from you

  • Proven experience in project management, customer operations, or contact center management.
  • Strong understanding of CX (Customer Experience) principles.
  • Familiarity with IT systems such as Zendesk, CRM, communication tools.
  • Analytical mindset and process optimization skills.
  • Team leadership experience.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (written & spoken).
