Product Manager

Dynamica Labs (Microsoft Gold Partner) is looking for an experienced Product Manager with a proven track record of managing and delivering B2B products that have reached a vast user base while maintaining cost-effectiveness. This role requires a strategic thinker who can collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop products that meet the specific needs of Small and Medium Corporations.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role in a B2B environment.

• Demonstrated success in launching products that serve a large number of users and are cost-effective.

• Experience with Small and Medium Corporation solutions is highly desirable.

• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and principles.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

• Proficient in product management tools and methodologies.

• Analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Define product vision, road-map, and growth opportunities in line with our strategic goals and customer needs.

• Lead the planning and product development lifecycle of B2B solutions, ensuring products are scalable, adaptable, and profitable.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand the market demands, potential customer pain points, and the competitive landscape.

• Prioritize product features and capabilities based on business impact and customer value.

• Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes, working closely with engineering teams to deliver with quick time-to-market.

• Develop and implement product pricing strategies to ensure affordability for a massive user base while maintaining profitability.

• Measure product performance and use data to drive continuous improvement.

• Act as the primary liaison between customers, business stakeholders, and the development team.

• Foster an agile, collaborative, and customer-centric culture within the team.

• Ensure products comply with industry standards and regulations specific to Small and Medium Corporations.
