Обов'язки:

  • Управління та інтеграція платіжних систем для забезпечення зручних і безпечних транзакцій для користувачів.
  • Моніторинг і аналіз транзакцій, виявлення та усунення проблем із платежами.
  • Взаємодія з платіжними провайдерами та банками для налаштування й оптимізації процесів.
  • Забезпечення відповідності платіжних процесів міжнародним стандартам і вимогам регуляторів.
  • Аналіз даних щодо платежів для підвищення конверсії та покращення користувацького досвіду.
  • Співпраця з командами маркетингу, підтримки та розробки для впровадження нових платіжних рішень.
  • Підготовка звітів щодо фінансових операцій і надання рекомендацій щодо їх покращення.

Вимоги:

  • Досвід роботи у сфері платіжних систем або фінансів від 2 років, бажано в iGaming або фінтех-індустрії.
  • Знання популярних платіжних систем (Visa, Mastercard, Skrill, Neteller, криптовалюти тощо).
  • Розуміння процесів Chargeback, AML і KYC.
  • Навички роботи з аналітикою та звітністю (Excel, BI-інструменти).
  • Вміння працювати в команді та взаємодіяти з міжнародними партнерами.
  • Відповідальність, увага до деталей і здатність працювати в умовах високого навантаження.

Буде перевагою:

  • Досвід роботи з криптовалютними платежами.
  • Знання регуляторних вимог в iGaming індустрії (MGA, Curacao, UKGC тощо).
  • Досвід інтеграції API платіжних систем.
