Job Description

  • Coordination of labor relations and HR administration (including military registration)
  • Recruitment for the plant (posting vacancies, initial independent screening and candidate search, conducting preliminary interviews)
  • Work in systems: 1C, SuccessFactors, MeDoc, and others (HR administration: time tracking, handling sick leaves, reporting)
  • Development and implementation of an effective approach to compensation and benefits at the plant
  • Administration of medical and insurance programs

Qualifications

  • 1 year of experience in HR
  • Experience with 1C system
  • Intermediate level of English (required)
  • Knowledge of Ukrainian labor legislation
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • Result-oriented, multitasking, flexible, and ready to take responsibility for own processes
