Команда TrafficMagnit шукає сильного Delivery/Project Manager'a, який допоможе нам системно реалізовувати проєкти, керувати дедлайнами, ресурсами та командою. Якщо ти вмієш структурувати задачі та бути точкою стабільності між технічною командою, СЕО та замовником - будемо раді познайомитись.

Обов'язки:
- Планування та контроль реалізації технічних і бізнес-проєктів
- Постановка задач команді розробників, дизайнерів, аналітиків тощо
- Ведення проектної документації, таймлайну, таск-трекера
- Комунікація з ключовими стейкхолдерами (власники, технічні спеціалісти, клієнти)
- Пріоритезація задач, управління ризиками, усунення блокерів
- Постійне вдосконалення процесів (Agile/Lean/Kanban)
- Підготовка коротких звітів про прогрес

Вимоги:
- 2 роки досвіду як Project Manager
- Досвід управління технічними командами (розробники, аналітики, QA)
- Досвід роботи з таск-трекерами: Trello, Jira або Monday
- Вміння організовувати робочий ритм команди (daily standups, retrospective, review)
- Розуміння принципів проєктного менеджменту
- Сильні навички письмової та усної комунікації (українська, англійська)
- Високий рівень самостійності, структурності, відповідальності

Плюсом буде:
- Досвід запуску продуктів з нуля або участі у стартапах
- Знання технічної термінології (API, фронт/бек, AI, CRM тощо)
- Досвід роботи у сфері digital marketing / affiliate / CRM / retention

Формат:
- Віддалено, full-time
- Оплата: фікс, бонус після випробувального терміну
- Контракт через ФОП, бухгалтерія з нашого боку
