Ми шукаємо Junior Real Estate Assistant у команду Administrative and People Ops.

Ти допомагатимеш забезпечувати високий рівень надання послуг із ремонту офісів «під ключ».

Серед завдань:

  • Координація ремонтних робіт в офісах.
  • Взаємодія з підрядниками.
  • Складання кошторисів.
  • Ведення звітності та документації.

Що ми від тебе очікуємо:

  • Від 1 року досвіду роботи на аналогічній посаді.
  • Бажано вища освіта у сфері будівництва (КНУБА чи КНУТД).
  • Уміння читати проєктну документацію: розбиратися в архітектурних планах, кресленнях інженерних мереж (електрика, сантехніка, вентиляція) та візуалізаціях.
  • Розуміння етапів ремонтно-будівельних робіт.
  • Обов'язкове володіння MS Excel / Google Sheets на просунутому рівні: уміння використовувати формули (SUM, IF, VLOOKUP), створювати та працювати зі зведеними таблицями для розрахунків і аналізу даних.
  • Навички розрахунку обсягів: вміння розрахувати площу приміщень, периметр, необхідну кількість матеріалів (фарби, плитки, ламінату) за заданими параметрами.
  • Розуміння структури кошторису: знання складників вартості проєкту (прямі витрати на матеріали та роботи, накладні витрати, прибуток).
  • Досвід роботи зі спеціалізованим ПЗ (буде суттєвою перевагою): знайомство з програмами для складання кошторисів, наприклад, АВК-5.
