Project Overview

Our client is one of the
leading beauty salon chains in the U.S. market
. The company has built a large-scale digital ecosystem, which includes customer-facing applications as well as powerful internal systems (CRM, billing, accounting, etc.).

The project is a
long-term collaboration
focused on:

  • Supporting and maintaining existing solutions,
  • Gradual modernization of client-facing applications,
  • Developing new features and products for end-users.

What You'll Bring

  • 5+ years of experience in IT business analysis
  • Knowledge of different methodologies (Waterfall, Agile)
  • Experience with project documentation (UML, Use Cases, Business Rules, Functional/Non-Functional Specs, UI Design Specs, User Stories)
  • Strong facilitation and presentation skills
  • Experience in presales and product management
  • Strong communication skills across all organizational levels
  • Upper-Intermediate+ English
  • Analytical mindset and self-management skills

Nice to have:
basic knowledge of a programming language.

  • Elicit and analyze requirements (both during presales and project stages)
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and ensure clear communication
  • Document, model, and manage requirements throughout the project lifecycle
